Platform use

TMR provides a platform for credential-verified career matching in Indian healthcare. Use of the platform is subject to accurate disclosure of professional credentials and institutional requirements. Misrepresentation will result in immediate removal.

Professional membership

By joining TMR, you consent to credential verification as part of the membership process. Your profile may be shared with partner hospitals when a fit-match is identified, subject to your explicit approval at each occasion.

Hospital partnerships

Partner hospitals agree to use TMR-sourced professional information only for the purpose of the stated hire. Re-sharing of candidate profiles outside the partnership context is prohibited.

Intellectual property

All TMR platform content, design, and data structures are the intellectual property of The MedRecRoots. Member-generated content remains the property of the member.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
