Built from inside the problem.

TMR was not built by recruiters. It was built by people who experienced India's healthcare hiring gap directly — as professionals, as patients, as observers of a broken system.

The gap nobody was fixing

India has one of the largest healthcare workforces in the world — and one of the worst-matched. Qualified doctors sit outside the active workforce. Nurses leave institutions after months because the fit was wrong from day one. Hospitals fill critical roles through WhatsApp groups and informal referrals. There was no trusted, verified, community-first layer connecting the two sides.

What we decided to build

Not another job board. Not a staffing agency. A platform that treats healthcare professionals as whole people with career patterns — not candidates to be filled into headcount slots. TMR is built around verification, community, and long-term fit. Every design decision comes back to those three things.

Where we are now

TMR launched in 2026 with a focus on India. We are building the community layer that did not exist — specialty directories, CPD tracking, peer endorsements, and verified career movement. The hospitals we partner with report measurably better retention. The professionals we place report feeling like the move was right.
