When you join TMR as a professional, we collect your name, contact details, professional registration numbers, credential documents, and career history. When a hospital partners with us, we collect institutional and contact information. We also collect usage data to improve the platform.

How we use it

Professional data is used exclusively for credential verification and career matching. We do not sell your data. We do not share your profile with any institution without your explicit consent at the time of each match.

Credential data

Credential documents are stored securely and used only for verification. Once verified, documents are retained for the duration of your TMR membership and deleted upon request or account closure.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@medrecroots.com. We will respond within 14 business days.
