Is TMR a job board?

No. TMR is a community-first career matching platform. We verify your credentials, understand your career pattern, and match you to opportunities that actually fit — we do not post your profile publicly and wait for applications.

How does the verification process work?

After you apply to join, our team reviews your NMC or State Council registration, specialty qualifications, and institutional history. We may contact you for additional documents or a brief call. The process typically takes 3–7 business days.

Will my current employer find out I joined TMR?

No. Your profile is never shared with any institution without your explicit consent at the time of each match. Your current employer will not be contacted or notified.

What if I am not actively looking but open to the right opportunity?

That is exactly the kind of professional we work best with. Join the community, keep your credentials verified, and we will reach out only when we see a genuine fit — not to fill a quota.

I have a career gap. Does TMR work with re-entry professionals?

Yes, and we specialise in it. We have a structured re-entry pathway — credential audit, CPD catch-up, gap narrative framing, and fit-first matching with hospitals experienced in re-entry hiring.

Is there a fee to join?

TMR membership is free for healthcare professionals. We are paid by partner hospitals when a placement is made. There are no fees, hidden or otherwise, for professionals at any stage.
