Verify first
Every professional is credential-verified before they appear on any shortlist. NMC registration, specialty qualifications, institutional references. No shortcuts.
Understand the pattern
A resume is a document. A career is a pattern. We take time to understand what a professional has done, why they moved, what shaped their choices — and where they are trying to go.
Match on fit, not keywords
We do not optimise for speed of placement. We optimise for quality of fit. That means role, team, culture, trajectory — not just job description match.
Hold the relationship
We stay in contact after placement. Fit problems often emerge in the first 90 days. We want to know. Our replacement guarantee is there for when fit fails — but our goal is that it never has to be used.
Build the community
The TMR community makes every subsequent match better. CPD-engaged, peer-endorsed professionals have visible standing. Institutions with positive placement history get priority access. The network gets more valuable as it grows.
