What does credential verification actually cover?
NMC or State Medical Council registration, specialty qualifications and post-graduate certifications, institutional references from previous department heads, and peer endorsements from the TMR community. We do not cut corners — if we cannot verify, we do not shortlist.
How long does it take to receive a shortlist?
For most specialties, we deliver an initial shortlist within 5–9 business days of a completed brief. Niche or senior roles may take longer — we will tell you upfront. We do not sacrifice quality for speed.
What is the replacement guarantee?
If a placed professional leaves within the guarantee window (30, 60, or 90 days depending on your partnership tier), we conduct a replacement search at no additional cost. The guarantee reflects our commitment to fit, not just placement.
Do you work with government hospitals?
Yes. We have placed professionals in district government hospitals, state health authority institutions, and AIIMS-affiliated networks. The verification process is the same regardless of institutional type.
